Where do you ship?

We ship only to addresses in the United States. All U.S. orders receive free standard shipping.

How long does delivery take?

Order processing takes 1–2 business days. Standard transit is generally 4–6 business days after shipment.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Every shipped order receives a tracking number.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged for any reason within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back.

Who pays return shipping?

Davidprotein pays eligible return shipping for both no-reason returns and quality-related returns by providing a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement.

When will my refund arrive?

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Banks and card networks generally take 5–10 business days after issuance to post the funds.

Which cards do you accept?

Eligible Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover cards are accepted when shown at checkout. Transactions are processed in USD.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. After shipment, the Refund Policy applies.
