About Credit/Debit Card

Davidprotein accepts eligible Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover credit or debit cards when those methods are presented at checkout.

Currency and Charges

Checkout is processed in USD. Applicable taxes are calculated and collected in accordance with law. Your issuer may apply terms or fees outside our control.

Secure Processing and Authorization

Payments are transmitted through Shopify and its payment providers using appropriate security controls. We do not ask customers to email full card numbers. Submitting an order authorizes the processor and card issuer to validate the payment method, place an authorization hold, and capture the approved amount.

Declined or Reversed Payments

A bank or payment provider may decline, review, or reverse a payment. If authorization fails, verify the details, contact the issuer, or select another available method. An order is not complete until payment is successfully authorized.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Contact us first if you do not recognize a charge or believe an order is incorrect. We will investigate promptly. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be contested with order, delivery, and communication records.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. After we issue a refund, the bank or card network generally requires 5–10 business days to post it. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and return instructions.
